There’s SNOW place like our Bakery!

Welcome JB class 63! The class entered the kitchen this week and hit the ground running. This is one of the larger classes we’ve had recently with 6 students in the kitchen. They’re already pros at tea cookies and have been helping get cut out cookies ready for all the decorating boxes we will do this month.

They got to flex their creative muscles and decorate some cutout cookies and experiment coming up with some of their own cookie flavors using sugar cookie dough! Everyone is eager to learn how to bake and get to try some new things. We can’t wait to see what else they come up with!

With the holidays coming up having their help in the kitchen is going to be wonderful. Lots of markets and sales coming up in December to pick up a sweet treat at for that holiday party you’re going to (or for yourself, we won’t tell!) Keep an eye out for our new almond croissant and apple cranberry crumble bars; they’re so good you might not share with your family!
