Hello Fall!

This week Marlene and Kim started their final month of kitchen only! They got to experience working with other members of our staff this week as Phil and Justin took over instruction! White chocolate cranberry scones, cheddar chive biscuits, tea cookies, and 🎃pumpkin bars with cream cheese frosting were the focus of this week #drooling. Marlene and Kim also got to experience the not so fun side of the kitchen work: deep cleaning!

Marlene and Tucker worked on finalizing her cover letter for a job she really wants to apply to! She was also working with Zack to get her ServSafe taken care of! I know she missed seeing the interns on Wednesday, but we’ll be back to the regular schedule next week!

Meanwhile, we have been preparing for the start of JB 45 on Monday. We will have seven folks starting the JB journey and are very excited to work with them!!

As always, remember that one of the biggest supports you can do for us is ordering our baked goods! We do a curbside pick-up event every Saturday. With all these 🍁fall🍂 goodies going on, how can you resist?! You can place orders here Sunday-Friday!
