Pie Season is upon us and we have been working hard! We’ve become masters at making pie crusts.
The class has been working on muffins (orange cardamom, yum!) and cream puffs! They enjoyed making swans out of cream puffs. They also got to start practicing their pie making skills.
We have an order for 400 mini pies and have been rolling out as much pie dough as we can for it. This year we’ll be offering a Ginger pear pie and using using a ginger molasses crust for our Pumpkin pie that we are all excited about.
So remember, put in your pie order soon! the holidays are coming up fast!
