Big things happening in the kitchen this week. They had a blast making and baking some of the amazing goodies you see here. Its always fun and growing experience for students to get a chance to make the products they see and smell each day. As well as, get a hands on look at the practices we teach each day in class.
In the classroom portion they completed there nutrition tests and our on there last and final subject for this class (Management) they seem to be really enjoying the class and getting a lot out of each activity we have planned. here’s a quote from our lead instructor Zack on how things our going ” Well its like taking a flower planting the seed and watching it grow at first it seems you need to constantly water and pay attention to how much sun the plants getting but as it grows it needs you less and less and that’s how i see the classroom at some point each of these students needed some tool or resource we have that they just hadn’t heard of yet, as they grow and learn in the program they need us less and less and begin there own journey, planting there seeds unto someone else for them to grow an learn as well.”
